DDJoinJoy provides interactive digital games, multiplayer experiences, big-screen activities, and online tools.

Certain Services allow a host to create a game room and allow other players to join using a room code, QR code, or similar method.

DDJoinJoy is currently provided free of charge.

We may introduce optional paid features or services in the future. Any applicable pricing and additional terms will be presented before users purchase or use such paid services.

You may use DDJoinJoy only where permitted by applicable law.

Where a user is not legally able to agree to these Terms independently, the Services should be used with appropriate permission or supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, organizer, or other responsible adult.

Certain games allow users to create and control multiplayer rooms as hosts.

Hosts may have controls such as starting or ending games, advancing rounds, restarting activities, managing participants, or removing players from a room.

Players are responsible for joining the intended room and following reasonable rules established by the host.

Room codes and QR codes should only be shared with intended participants.

We may close, reset, suspend, or restrict rooms where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or proper operation of the Services.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit.

By submitting content, you authorize DDJoinJoy to process, transmit, temporarily store, and display that content where reasonably necessary to operate the relevant game or Service.

For example, a nickname, answer, score, or gameplay submission may be displayed to the host or other participants in the same room.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, DDJoinJoy and its software, interface designs, branding, illustrations, graphics, audiovisual materials, game assets, written content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to DDEXP CO., LTD.

You may use the Services for their intended personal, educational, event, or organizational purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative versions of DDJoinJoy materials except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us.

Certain software, fonts, libraries, and other materials are provided under third-party licenses.

We aim to operate DDJoinJoy reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Multiplayer Services may depend on factors such as:

Scores, rankings, response times, and game results are calculated based on information received by the system.

Connectivity problems, delayed submissions, disconnections, or technical errors may affect gameplay or results.

We may update, modify, add, suspend, or remove games, tools, and features from time to time.

We may collect limited technical and usage information for the purpose of maintaining, securing, understanding, and improving DDJoinJoy.

DDJoinJoy currently configures Google Analytics to operate without analytics cookies or persistent analytics identifiers.

We do not use Google Analytics advertising features or remarketing features as part of the current Service configuration.

DDJoinJoy may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, software libraries, maps, APIs, or technical infrastructure.

Those services remain subject to their respective terms, policies, and licenses.

Our processing of personal data and technical information is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DDJoinJoy is provided on an “as available” basis.

We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, incompatible devices, or unauthorized actions by other users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when DDJoinJoy, our operational practices, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will display its latest revision date.

Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the Service or another suitable method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
